This is the class for which you’ve asked. An entire class devoted to the preparation of the classically American apple pie. Come learn from “Mr. Pie” himself—Pastry Chef George Geary. In an encore presentation, Chef George teaches this hands-on class in which each student will prepare his or her own apple pie with a delicious homemade “no-fail” spice crust to take home and bake. Of course, we will sample Chef George’s apple pies in class just to whet our appetites for our own pies when we get home. KitchenArt will provide all the required tools for use in-class and for purchase. Participants will receive a professional 9” pie pan to take home with them. Attendees just need to bring an apron (we’ll have various styles for sale at the store if you don’t already have one), a willingness to try something new, and a smile. This class will sell out.
